Default rubbing/vibrating noise

i have a rubbing noise coming from the front right tire when i hit the brakes and turn left. it also does it when the car is slowing sown at faster speeds. then it started to still make the noise after the car is completly stopped. i let off the brakes and it quits, i hit the brakes again and sometimes it will make the noise again. i dont have a clue what is goin on. anyone ever experienced this?

Well being as it only happens when you hit your brakes your rotors could be warped. My only guess.

i dont think it would be the rotor if it still makes the noise after the car is stopped. thats just what i would think. it kinda makes a creeking noise, its hard to explain. but it makes a vibrating noise when it is stopped, i let off the brake, it quits. engage the brakes and it starts back.
