Default Busted Tensioner on a 1994 Mustang v6 3.8

Hi all,

I haven't worked on any car since I was 20 yrs. old. I just bought my dauger a 94 Mustang Convertible and three days later need to replace a busted Serpentine Tensioner. However, I can't seem to get the Hex Bolt holding the Tensioner to the block (keep in mind that I do not know the lingo) to loosen up. Any pointers? Thanks!!!

if you have access to a torch apply alittle heat to the bolt and try using a breaker bar to get some leverage to break it loose.
