Headers are only worth it if you are going to with long tubes and a shorty midpipe. A throttle body is not worth it unless you are planning on running a super/turbocharger.
Dual exhaust is a must just for the sound.

When you own a V6 stang 3.8, 3.9, or 4.2 stroker, You're part of something different. You don't rely on a V8 to do your driving. Instead you learn the V6. You tune and tweak until you see GT's falling behind you. Then when they ask "Is that a V8?" You simply respond with a rev that clearly states "I'm a V6" with a proud smile on your face. As your girlfriend sitting on the seat next to you calls you an idiot.
I would leave out the spacer and intake. get an exhaust system, throttle body will help with the tune, and gears(4.10's for an auto, and 3.73's for 5 spd). id save the tune for last since with gears you'l need to get your speedo re-cal'd and tunes are not cheap. do some research be4 you tune too, as the guy said be4 its exspensive for little hp, but I personly got more hp and tourque than any of the other mods from my tune. or just find one with all that done and save a lot of cash
u can actually calibrate the speedo yourself.. its pretty simple really no need to buy a whole new tune so if i were you id get a cai + dual exhaust(any order), then a tuner, and then gears.. no spacer and no throttle body.. and then youre all set
