Default OVERHEATING ISSUE AT IDLE on my 04 V6

Hey guys... So today I was driving around and went to get lunch at wendys and while i was waiting in line i put my car in park and had the a/c on.... thats when my temp gauge started going from normal to HOT... It almost got up to the redline and i took it out of park and started driving and turned the a/c off and it went down to normal again... You think this means I don't have enough coolant running through my system or what?

Low coolant or sticking thermostat. Either one is a very easy fix.....
