Default V6 to GT bumper change

Hey guys I'm sure a lot of you have changed your bumpers over from the V6 style to the dual outlet GT style on the 1999-2004 body style. I'm looking to do the same and I saw a dude selling a bumper for $80 so I'm going to go pick it up tomorrow to use when I do my dual exhaust conversion this winter. Any ideas on how much the bumper switch would cost at a body shop? I saw a couple guides on how to do it but I don't want to mess it up and want to know what kind of price I'm looking at if I choose to go the easy way. Anyone had this done at a shop?

I can't Imagine it'd take more than an hour or two... (on paper)... probably $80-$100... ish... ??? That'd be my guess... but there are guys on here who actually work in body shops so maybe they'd care to put their input in too

A ton? I know of plenty of places that would charge under $200 for this job and most say $100 or less.

haha thanks guys I'm gonna try tackling it myself and if I can't figure it out I'll get a shop on it. I found a pretty good guide on another site I'm gonna use.

just get it painted it shudnt cost more than 150 bucks to get painted and put it on urself its a very easy process, just pretty tedious. however if you do it yourself the paint might not match becuz you have to paint the car around the bumper to even out the paint and not paint just the bumper but that will cost you more prolly aound 200-300 bucks

If you have a local Maaco shop they'll give you the best price for that kind of thing and repaint it inexpensively as well...
