Unhappy 1994 vibration when turning

when im driving about 30 or more and turn the steering wheel slightly to the right or more i feel a bad vibration and hear i howling noise. i feel the vibration in the wheel and peddles. i just replaced the right wheel bearing and had a new power steering pump put on it. any ideas on what it could be?

this is probably a stupid question, but you've had your tires balanced, aligned and rotated right?

are you sure the whistling is coming at the same time as when you "turn" and not when you accelerate after the turn? this problem baffles me... is it a "whistling" or more of a "squeaking" ??

i had a similar problem a couple weeks ago. i was getting a vibrating noise when i would turn left or hit the brakes. it turned out to be the exhaust was touching the frame. it might be rotor? just a guess.
