My 2003 Mustang started making a whining sound yesterday. It sounds like it is coming from the left front of the car. It typically makes that sound whenever I am at a stop and when I am turning. I was planning on making a 4 hour trip in this car tomorrow, but I am not sure what is wrong or if i should even take it on a trip. Could someone please tell me what this sound might mean? And would it be safe to drive it on a semi-long trip? I have very little experience with this kind of stuff. Thank you in advance for your help!

make sure your fluids are all topped off. how was the trip?

My steering fluid was low. I'm glad that's all it was!! The trip was great. I had no problems with my car. Thanks for asking!!
