Default creaking noise in front

My 94 mustang is making a creaking noise whenever im going at slow speeds and turn. it sounds like an old floor board in a old house.

It sounds like a ball joint. Push down on the fenders to find where the squeaks occur. If it is a ball joint, replace immediately.......
