Unhappy 1995 Mustang V6 Thrown Belt

Ok, Friday night I was leaving my house and my power steering suddenly stopped working on my way to my destination. The low battery light and CEL both came on. I popped the hood and saw that the belt had come off the pulleys. So after I put the belt back on and started the car, the belt came off again within seconds. I double checked the pulleys and nothing is bent. Closer inspection did reveal a sheared bolt that seems to hold the Powersteering to the engine. The entire mount shakes quite a bit. Temporary fix consists of a smaller belt and i removed the Idle Pulley. any ideas on getting this fixed (shops said it definately wouldn't be cheap )

It was the bracket to the head. Had to get the remainder tapped out.
