traction control is different from a T-Lock.. traction control is an electronic system that senses if there is wheel slippage and will reduce the power the engine is putting out in order to regain traction.. a T-lock is a mechanical implement in the rear end of the vehicle that puts power to both wheels and physically makes both wheels turn (stock v6's turn only the right rear tire) which is known as an open differential
