Default Wheel rub with sharp right turn.

I've noticed when I turn the wheel all the way to the right my driver's side wheel rubs and makes a grinding noise. It doesn't do it when I do a sharp left.

Is it just tire rub? Or is my alignment all messed up?

My car doesn't pull any direction, so I'm thinking it's not an alignment issue. And I did get the alignment done a few months ago.

Yes, my car is lowered.

Yes, I upgraded my stock 16's to 17x9's.

Is it necessary to get C/C plates?

I can't help with your problem but when you get it figured out let me know as mine does this also. The alignment shop tells me there is nothing wrong but mine will even cut the inside wall of the right front tire and knock off the wheel weight.Seems to be hitting the lower control arm.
