More 7.5-8.8 Rear diff. swap questions!!! Alright, previously I wrote I was purchasing a complete rear end off of a Mach 1.
Though the guy said complete rear end, I believe he's selling the shocks struts and brakes separately.
My question is:
Do I need those parts, or could I roll on with my stock shocks/struts/brakes and have no problem?
I also read about how the V6 needs rear axle dampers for the set up. I'm guessing I'll have to snag those off of the guy or buy new ones?
Final question: What's the "normal" rate to have this done at a shop?
I mean, I am a college student, and I know I'll have to purchase a Tuner for the speedo. I just need to know how much all this is going to cost me.
I could be in over my head.
