noise when turning

Default noise when turning
Hey guys my car is making a weird noise when i turn left. But only when i make a tighter left turn. If i'm turning right there is no sound but when i turn left it makes somewhat of a clunking sound.

I'm not really sure what the issue is. I just did brakes and there was no sound for almost a month or so. Now i'm getting this weird sound from both the suspension and the power steering pump.

Not sure if i should be flushing the powersteering pump or something?

any help would be great. Thanks guys.

ya its more than likly you ball joints, i have the same problem. go to american mucle .com they have some for around $100
