Default 2006 Mustang V6 Clutch problem

Hi,
I have a 2006 Mustang V6 with 35000 miles, and the clutch it began to shake when it connects, start slowly, (the shaking sensation is on motor side). I change the clutch kit (Stage 1, SPEC) and resurface the stock flywheel, now continuous the shaking, but now it makes more strong but on Driveshaft and rear end place.
Somebody can help me?
Thanks
Javier

Did you break in the clutch right? I think it's 500 miles of being easy on it. Usually they can shake a little and with time/break in, it'll smooth out.
Also make sure the motor mounts and tranny mounts are good. Inspect driveshaft u joints too.
