I think your wasting money, but what do you plan to do for the car later?
Even with H/C/I or a blower at low-moderate boost, the stock coil is fine, and the motorcraft plugs will be fine as well.
The 90mm MAF will be overkill for it unless you plan on doing more then basic bolt-ons. If you end up doing more then that then the 90mm MAF should work out well for it. But look at getting someone to do an actual dyno tune, and do the MAF transfer and scaler functions.
I would never trust a "pre-loaded" or "mail order" type of tune.
