Main bearing going out i think

So i have a 1998 ford mustang v6 and I recently replaced the timing chain and the tensioner after a few week of driving a get a really nasty squeek comming from under the hood and take off the serpentine belt and find out that the squeek is still uccuring so what should i do rip into it try flushing the engine any ideas appreciated (would it be worth to rebuild even has 144000 miles on it Thx Jack

Does it sound like a belt squeak or a metallic squeak? At 144K miles, i don't see nothing wrong with a rebuild if you think it needs one.

sounds like the cam synchronizer to me.

It sounds more metallic and a belt squeal and i took off the serpentine belt so how could it be belt squeal and other help appreciated

+1 232..... I would take out the cam synchronizer and inspect it for wear. Make sure you line it up correctly afterwards. The write-up is on the top of the tech page......
