Default 2001 GT Blowing Spark Plugs

So this is the second time this is happen to me in a month. For some reason I keep blowing my # 6 plug. It takes out the spring and the rubber housing gets shredded. Today it blew on while on the highway, it ended up breaking the cylinder that sits on top of it. I have a 2001 Mustang GT 4.6L...........anyone have any experience with this ? If so where should I start? And help would be great...Thanks!
