Default AC Heat Trouble after Coolant Change

New here - this forum is my only hope

So I changed the Coolant on my girlfriends 2001 V6 Ford Mustang. Immediately after that - I have no AC or Heat, I tried every setting and no air is blowing through - dials seem to move easier than normal which makes me think vacuum loss???... All fuses and Relays are fine... any suggestions?

It sounds more like an air bubble in the system. Did you bleed the cooling system?

I agree. Not sure why the air doesn't work but burping the air out of the system is easier said than done. Get the nose of the car up hill or on ramps, remove the radiator cap and bring the car to temp. Turn the heat on full to fill the heater core. Squeezing the top hose will sometimes burp more air out of the system. Be adding coolant as it lowers in your radiator. Tell us if this fixes it.

Last time I checked you had radiator caps too. It doesn't matter how it's done. The goal is to purge the system of air.
