Default Strange noise problem

Ok, so at first I figured it was my power steering pump, but I think it's fine ( it doesn't leak and the fluid is still red.) Anyways occasionally at speeds 35 and under I will hear a squealing/howling kind of noise and can be really loud at 20 and under (whether I'm turning or going straight.) I seriously don't know what to think it is. Any help and suggestions is appreciated!

Brake drag maybe?

Hmm it might be related to the brakes somehow.. but it really sounds like it comes from under the car. Like at times it seems it would quiet stop for a little bit when I hit the brakes, but it would just start up again.

Well if it stops when u hit the brakes. Does it start again when you release them?

It may also be one onf you accesories. Try taking your belt off and spinf all the pullies by hand. see if any squel or drag.

Sometimes it stops when I hit the brakes and most the time only for a second. There's a possibility it just stopped by chance haha, so Idk about that one. I'm not a technical kind of guy and don't really know how to take off or how to put the belt back on for that matter. Maybe if I were to make some sort of video that displays the noise it might be easier to diagnose?
