Greetings! You know the subframe under front hood that's always hitting the curb when you park. Mine is rusted thru. I tried scraping & painting it but its too far gone. What can be done about this? Is this subframe welded or bolted? Can this be replaced without cutting it with a plasma cutter? Thanks.

1999 v6. If its welded then I guess it cheaper to get a new ride than to repair it.
