Default E brake problem

My E brake isnt working in my 1994, automatic, it has brake fluid and everything is connected, but when i pull nothing happens?!?!?!

Your ebrake is operated by a cable under the car. Try to find where it is broken.....

it probably needs to be adjusted. (don't as me how though) i haven't gotten around to adjusting mine as well.

does the e brake engage easily? if it does chances are its broken and if its really stiff its possible the cable is stuck or something
