Default Muffler help plz!!!!

On a 2002 V6 which muffle would sound better??...oh n all i have is a CAI...everythin else is stock and all i want is a muffler to add to the stock y-pipe....i kno its not gonna b tht big of a difference from stock but its a cheap upgrade for alil bit of sound...oh n im lookin for a muscle car sound so the deeper the better....thnx guys

Sound is always going to be a personal preference, and every combination is going to sound different on different cars. I'd go on to YouTube or something and find a bunch of different sound clips for each one to get an idea.

I have the original 40's and love them, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of those choices. You might want to do a little youtubing like bird said and form your own opinion. After all, you're the one buying them and the one who has to live with them.

im having the same problem..only because every camera makes everything always sound different or the same...either way u will like the sound change...right now im kinda leaning towards the 44's, little louder little more of an aggressive sound..and u might want that if ur running a y-pipe...but just remember that the loud aggressive tone you want will b a lot better and a lot more distinct with some type of mid pipe and duals..but if ur on a budget im all for the simple change..

does anyone know the difference between the delta flows and the original 40 series? (both sound and physical makeup)
