4R70W Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Location

I had my codes scanned to figure out why my MIL will not turn off, and it turns out that I have a TCC Circuit Malfunction (P1740 was the code). I went ahead and bought a new TCC solenoid, but I'm having a little trouble figuring out where the thing is located. I'm pretty sure it's under the pan, but where? And if there is anything else that should be replaced while the pan is off, any suggestions would be nice. Thanks.

Thank you, looks like a pan service is in my future.
