Default SUb Frame Connectors or Springs?

Yeah so...
I'm leaning towards the Sub Frame Connectors.

but the springs look like a nice deal also.

What do you guys think is more worth doing for my stang?

and are these a good choice for SFC?

The springs i was looking at are C lowering springs by Ford Motorsport.

That's a damn good price on Steeda subframes. I'd go with the subframes and wait until you can afford springs and shocks before buying those springs.

I think it's that price because it's made of economical mild steel. But I don't think my body is going to flex so much with the power I produce, so no biggie Alright I'll go with Sub Frame connectors.

Also... I see that the Steeda dont have a cross brace... is it mandatory or can you do fine without it?

also do i need standard length or full length?

Also... how are the subs installed? Do I need to weld or do I bolt em on?

The 94-present stangs already have a factory cross brace so you won't need one. I believe that particular part number has to be welded in. If I remember correctly, Steeda doesn't have bolt in subs for the 94+ cars. Those are standard length and they are really all you need for a street car. Full lengths cost a lot more.
