Default Mach1 Gauges in 99 V6

What all would be involved with putting mach 1 gauges in a V6? And how does the digital odometer come back up with the right numbers?

Replacing your stock ones for Mach1 should be the same as replacing your stock for white ones like on the Cobra. But I dont recall ever seeing anyone selling those retro looking gauges.

I think you need to replace the whole guage cluster. You can try and find a busted Mach and take his, and slowly and carefull remove the faces and glue them to yours... but still you MPH will be off GTs and Machs have different guages so at your 40 might be their 50 need to like recalibrate that some how.

Well, you might check out the junk yard to see if someone wrecked a Bullitt or a Mach 1. They both have the same gauge.

I had Mach 1 gauges in my 01 V6. You need to take them apart and swap the main circuit boards one for the other. Slowly pry it off the rear side of the actual gauges.(pins) You will then have a V6 calibrated speedo on a GT spread. Works good other than inaccurate needle position. Good luck!
