So can anybody tell me about ud pullies? Is it a mod worth doing and what do you really get out of them?

frees up 5-15 hp , reduces stress on the engine, nothing terribly bad pullies are like 80-100 bucks, install yourself id you want, not a bad mod.

It's only 100 bucks on pre 99 cars. 99+ costs a whole lot more.

www.rpmoutlet.com has UDP's, Belts, and Diablo Flash tuners for $459 seems like a good deal to me.

In a word…. Yes.

And although I was “warned” by some that I may have electrical “problems” due to the alternator not working to its full potential, I have found NO problems in that area.

It is a quick and easy way to free up a few ponies, and one of the most cost effective.

It was a bit of a hassle to install but I picked up a tenth in the quarter and my trap speed picked up 2 mph. I don't have any charging or A/C problems with my Steeda pulley.
