2001 3.8 misfiring cylinder #1

I just bought my girlfriend this mustang so she would have a car and i would have something to toy with. the car has 135,000 miles, new things, new plugs and wires, coil pack, new fuel filter, fuel injectors were cleaned by a shop. and none of this fixed anything. The problem is, it is missing under hard throttle and at 50+ speeds. it kicks in and out with the bogging. every now and then i get a code reading misfiring in #1 cylinder. NOTHING SEAMS WRONG WITH ANYTHING. im so confused. at first it would do it and if i turned the key off and back on while driving it would go away. well it got more and more and now its just there. i was told the fuel pump is about 9 months old. the fuel pressure is around 34psi and goes up to about 43psi and down to 30psi while driving. it seems to drop wheni floor it. what is the normal psi drop with the 3.8? i have two videos i will link. the first is one of the motor and the other is the exhaust sound. please help me asap as we are moving and she needs a good car. THANKS.. i will do anything yall ask me to test. i have a good skills with cars and i own an obdII tool. so if i have the tools to do it i will get any reading or tests yall ask me to do. i am getting no codes right now.
add. could the cat be clogged?
im sorry about the links. i tried to post this thread 3 times and wouldnt let me post the links as links so just copy and paste. thanks
