Question 2000 V6 Mustang harmonic balancer

hey, guys have been having a horrible vibration since i bought the car and my mechanic told me that it was the harmonic balancer and i have been looking every where but i can find one.
so if any of you know where can i get a new harmonic balancer i will appreciate it.

I had the same exact problem a couple of years ago. I found mine on ebay! Good luck!

Or you could go with an underdrive balancer/pulley
here --> ASP 820117 ASP 1999-00 Mustang V6 Harmonic Balancer Crank Pulley - 820117, ASP Pulley

2000 V6 5 Speed
CAI
Dual Exhaust w/custom H-pipe
Flowmaster Super 40s
SCT Tuner
ASP 25% UDP

could you please read me post. wondering if your having the same problem I'm having. I've replaced a bunch of stuff. but still can't find my vibration. I'm willing to replace anything that needs to be. LOVE MY CAR!!!!!!!

You will probably need a shorter serpentine. The seller should be able to tell you what you need.

Macman, when a harmonic balancer is screwed the engine vibrates anytime it is running! Not just under certain conditions. Good Luck.

macman_64 ive had two tourqe converters go out on me! if you feel a vibation all the time, but more at a certain RPM... that would be my suggustion. When you do buy one, spend some money on it. Buy one from someone who builds them as a nitch market..

this is high end stuff. not cheep! 5 yr warrenty
