You'll need the intake, exhaust and head gaskets, and head bolts ( I believe you have the "torque-to-yield" bolts) mainly. If it were mine I'd check the head(s) for warp and smooth surface. Ford used to use some real crappy milling tooling awhile back. This caused the head gaskets to leak.
