Default 1994 Computer replacement

Hey, just a quick question. Got a 94 V6. Think I have a bad computer. Computer currently in car has a calibration # of C4J2. Have recently found a computer on line out of a 95 V6 with a calibration # of C4J3. Would this computer be a compatible replacement for my pooped out puter?

Why do you think you have a bad computer?

I've scanned it and it gave me a code for the O2 sensors in banks 1 and 2. I have installed new sensors and cleared code. The code keeps returning. I did use Ford calibrated parts from the dealer. Any ideas?
