Why is my AC only blowing out of the defrost vents?

I am the owner of a 1995 VG Mustang, and lately my AC will not blow out of any vents except for the defrost vents by the windshield. The "Low - High" switch works fine, and I have already replaced the control (on/off) switch. Has anyone had this problem before, or have any idea what the problem could be? Thanks in advance.

The system is vaccum controled. You have a vaccum line off or a misrouted line.

Anyone know where the vacumm valve is? Simular problem on mine, air sort of gets lost on Max, More air coming from the vents on the Normal position. On my Super Duty it's behind the glove box. I had a simular problem on that one when I got it.
