Yeah, it does. The engine accessories are designed for a much bigger car. Pick up a set of underdriver pulleys, and you'll see a pretty good jump in MPGs. It takes around 5 mins to cool down on a hot day, as opposed to immediately, but the increase in power and MPGs are a pretty good tradeoff as far as I'm concerned.
I get 35 MPG traveling between 60-65 mph, around 28-30 at 80-84 mph.
The Underdrivers bumped me around 3mpg. I picked up 2 or so with the CAI, and I picked up another 2-3 by running max pressure as indicated on the sidewalls of the tire.
All of those will increase your mileage.

What's your gas milage? 
just couldn't nail down the acronym. I've been searching the net for the underdrive pulleys and can't locate a set for the V6, anything you can find would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
