Forget the 95 - pick up a 2002+. it's sturdier, has a lot more power, and you won't have to worry about head gaskets anymore.
try e-bay, a salvage yard, or mustang parts specialities.

Will a 02 v6 fit in a 95 v6????
Can you swap them, if so what modifications will I need to make???

yes, they're basically the same engine, everything from the 02 will bolt on to the 95, even the 80s blocks.
the 02 has better heads, better crank, windage tray, intake, etc.
The only thing you'll need is a computer update. The same computer can run the engine, but it will need to know the new parameters, rpm limit, etc. You'll have to update the PATS (Passive Anti-Theft System when you update the computer.

yeah, but that will cost you extra.

yes it will work -it's the same basic engine.
The PATS won't allow the car to start unless it gets the correct code from the engine.
