kscoyote what do you think??? I know superchips makes a programmer for the 3.9L 2004....Would that work with my 2002 3.8L?... I want to spend around $300... I found superchips Programmers for that price.... Is there something else thats better for around the same price?

yeah, it'll work, but you may have to download a new software package. Any programmer from 94-04 Ford will work. -they all have the same mapping program.
Contact them for the program, it's tied to the VIN, do it's a used one, you may have to switch that information.

Any ford engine from 94-04 uses the same software.
you get teh software from the programmer's website. You need to contact them.
