Default Water Pump replacement on 99

anyone have any tips on a 99 water pump replacement.

I cant seem to get the pulley off that is below the altenator pulley.(power steering pulley?)

There is an odd bracket that comes out form behind this pulley and connects on some studs that come out from behind the water pump.

now my question is is there a trick to removing the pulley to get to the bolts behind it to remove the bracket or do I have to remove the entire altenator/powersteering section to get this bracket off?

I would just take the entire pump off and save pulling the pulley. Nice place for a water pump huh

well there is no way to get the pump off without removing the pulley. I found out there is a special tool the is required to remove the power steering pulley because it is just pushed on really hard.
