THat's basically a top-end rebuild. The engine is duty rated at 200,000 miles.
You could just go for a low mile short block and put your new stuff on it. 3.8/4.2L shortblocks are cheap. 3-400 dollars usually for one with less than 30,000 miles.

As long as you used semi-synthetic oil, and recommended changes, the engine should be fine for a long time.
