Default some questions i have

I was driving home the other day from the kansas city area and I noticed anytime i would rev my car up to around 4000 rpm my batter light would flicker on and off. I was wondering if this just means my battery is running kind of low..i got one with a 7 year warranty about 1 1/2 years ago so I don't see why it would.

and also im looking to possibly finally actually put some money into modding my car a bit, and was wondering what the most useful and best mods are to start with. I have a 98 mustang thats a standard.

heres what i was thinking about starting with, change to the 99+ heads and intakes, dual exhaust, 3.55 gears.

Your car is a V6 correct? I don't know much at all about the V6 motors, but I've never heard of swapping in a set of 99 heads making an improvement.

ive heard from multiple members..the reasoning is the heads and intakes are the only difference between teh 98 and 99 motors, and it equates to about a 30-40 FWHP gain or so..i do believe...kscoyote or others will know more about it..
