Hello!

i heard that europan cars have chance to read check engine codes without special codereader box. It means you have to connect 2 pins inside that nests where you can plug the reader. Now if check engine will come, you just read how many times the check engine will blink. Example: errorcode with reader is like 25. Now check engine will blink 2 times and after 30 seconds will blink 5 times. I heard that with OBD-2 also have chance to do it. But what pins should connect? Have anybody tryed that way?

You cant do that with OBD2 PCMs (EEC V), only with OBD1 (EEC IV) Ford PCMs.
You will need a code scanner.

Yea, If i were you i would just pickup a programmer like Diablo sport or something like that.... since you will be able to read the codes and get some tuning on the car... win win both ways...
