Question just a little question

ok, what all are you supposed to port & polish? I have done this once before on a truck, I just want to know for sure before I do it to my baby. I don't know all the lingo of the engine & stuff so be literal. lol I am a girl after all.

More cam and air, okay, but I'm talkin' horsepower and torque people! What kinds of gains can I expect there?
