You don't want Ford's block for high hp applications. you'd still have the OEM crank, pistons, etc.
You should start with salvaged block (you can get them for $75) and build from there.
Count on at least $4000 to drop in a 302/5.0L MORE for the 4.6, and that's not counting the rear end and transmission swap.
