Default Mustang Convertible Removing Backseat< Need Help Asap

I am puttin my system in my car as we speak.. BUt i am mounting the amp to the back of the sub box and i need to remove the back seat of my 99 mustang convertible v6.... does anyone know if it can be removed or how to do it....

Easy fix.... Dont mount the amp to the sub box.... One of the best places to put the amp is mounted to the Back seat, (trunk side of course)... this way if you need to adjust something... all you have to do is pull the seat down...Plus it gives it a nice custom look...

The Back seat doesnt just fold down.. and its only foam on the back since its a convertible...

Thats right i remember now.... cant you just install the amp to the sub box from inside the car???then just turn the box around???

i've got a 96 vert and i put four 12's in where my back seat used to be and all you have to do is pull on it and the backrest comes off . pull off the backrest and then first it'll make it a lot easier then pull on the bottom of the seat. all that holds it in is clips that just pop in and out. it should be the same on your car as was mine.
if ya need anything that i can help with just holler and ill see what i can do to help

all you have to do is slide your fingers under the middle of each side and push a little button and it comes unhooked...its really easy
