That larger tube off of your manifold goes to your EGR valve. Those two smaller tubes off of that goes to your EGR sensor. The valve is round and situated on the front of your motor. It could be clogged. To test the EGR valve, Start the motor, pull off the small rubber tube on the top of the EGR valve, place another tube or straw on it, make sure it is sealed properly, and suck on the tube, if the car starts to run really rough, it is working. For future reference, you could test to see if the diaphragm is working simply by holding the end of the tube once you suck on it to see if the car starts running normally again. If it does, the diaphragm is broken because it would hold a vacuum. This is just the opposite of your case though. Anybody else with other thoughts?

Is it idling okay? Maybe a partially clogged cat? If you take off the small tubes when it is running do you feel alot of pressure? There should be some exhaust blowing out the small tubes, but it shouldn't be enough to blow off the sensor. It must be exhaust related.
