two other big bang for the buck mods you didn't mention are a plenum spacer between upper and lower intake, and 1.8RRs.
Both increase the air available to the engine.
Without porting and a camshaft change, the best you can do is approzimately 230 hp at the crank, and 15% loss to accessories.
stock you're getting 195 hp and 20-25% loss depending on transmission.
Which adds up to around 170 +- at the wheels.
The above should get you to around 200 the wheels, but the TOTAL powerband will be a LOT more useful.
