Default More A/C vacuum line trouble

Hey everyone, this is my first post and really hoping to utilize your expertise.

It seems a lot of us have had trouble with the blower just blowing through the defroster. This is the case with my '97. I found the vacuum line and put it back on and it worked like new.

However 3 months later, it is now doing the same thing. This time its the other end of the line, and it looks like its deteriorated over time. Its not the line that goes into the firewall. It looks like it should be an easy fix, just replacing the hose from the coupler to the compressor (not sure if those terms are right).

I have searched everywhere for a part name and number, but come up emptyhanded. I just need that tiny (approx.) 3 ft. plastic hose.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Just measure and cut the tubing and bring it to the hardware store. They will have something to fit it.
