Question Are Eaton Superchargers any good?

im looking at a Eaton Supercharger on ebay for a buy it now price of 400$, i know nothing about Eatons, are they good, is this a good deal. anybody with advice please

It won't work on your car. OEM equipment on SVT Cobra 03-04

well, the guy says its for a v6 3.8L. and it could either go on a mustang or a thunderbird super coupe.

He's wrong...... It won't fit on our cars. I would have done that a long time ago. We only have the choice of centrifugal units...... You would have to swap the entire heads/intake from the t-birds. But then you would have to re-inforce your bottom end better.

Actually it has been done by one person and he made like 287 RWHP with it on a stock bottom end but it takes a crap load of fabrication on a split port and they generate a crap load of heat .

There are always exceptions to the rule. You could get more hp with a centrifugal unit, but alot more $$$$. GT, wassn't that hp somewhere around what the t-birds originally made? I believe the torque was around 315 though.
