You all have rubber bushings that are 10-13 years old, and are drying out. If you're still using the original shocks, they're in the same condition.
If you want to get rid of the squeaks and groans, you'll have to install new ones, or graphite polyurethane bushings, mounts, spring isolaters, etc.,
