Default Possible break in...

I think someone tried to break into my car... and they did a very bad job. I think it was just some little punk close around to where I live because they never got into the car... or if they did they didn't take anything. But anyways, I actually saw someone try to break into my last mustang, (Yeah, I must have moved from one bad neighborhood to another...) but his method was to just get his fingers in over top the windows and just yank it out so he could reach the electronic locks.

The whole reason I think someone tried to break into my car again is because when I came out the window was pulled out. And now every time i close the door the top of the window hits the little body piece right above it. I tried to just kinda push it back down, but it didn't help and it still hits that peice everytime i shut the door. Any suggestions?
