They both have their ups and downs, but they all perform well +- a few hp. I have a mac straight shot cai that i insulated and it works great. It works extremely well when it is cool outside while driving on the highway. The throttle body was ice cold, and the upper intake was cool until it got toward the lower intake.

That's the thing -if it's cold outside . . . it's within a couple of hp.
