Default Blinking O/D, lost speedometer, lost power

Okay, this is strange. This morning, my O/D light started blinking just as my speedometer died....then my gauges went all freaky and eventually the car lost all power...all while the check engine light came on.

The blinking lights could be tranny (like it talks about here: http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...ad.php?t=21619) but all of those other things together make me think about some sort of sensor or voltage regulator. Any thoughts? Any help?

I had something almost exactly like this happen on another car, and it was a broken belt, So I would definatly start by checking that charging system.

Alright...took it to AutoZone and they hooked up the computer to it and told me it was a bad speedsensor....now if I could just find where the friggin thing is located, I could replace it.
