i think it's a 2.73

2.73's were used in the 94-98's. 3.27's were used in the 99-04 model years.

Is 3.27 for an auto, manual, or both? I thought the auto ratio was different from the manual.

Both...... It has more to do with the motor than the tranny. Gas mileage, power, etc.
